The neptune community is located off of libra drive. The apollo community has the most centrally located residence halls on campus and is reserved exclusively for first year students. You are encouraged to apply early since the towers are a very popular housing option.

This floor plan includes 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a living space with kitchenette. Pod style suites are great for residents who want more opportunities to meet their neighbors. Each suite is made up of two or three rooms a bathroom and a common living space.
Each suite opens onto a central pod area on each floor a shared living space that includes couches tables and chairs for the floor residents to gather in. The neptune community is the only community at ucf featuring suite style housing with private bedrooms. The towers are a perfect option for students who want their own room on the main ucf campus. The typical apartment layout has four bedrooms sharing two bathrooms.
Both styles are two bedroom suites with a shared bathroom between each suite. With 2 shared bedrooms and 2 private bedrooms this floor plan provides more living space with the same flexible room options as suite style units. The towers are located next to the addition financial arena and the spectrum stadium. The shared common living room area comes unfurnished so students can use the space in many different ways.
